With a frontispiece (depicting Jonker Frans standing in armour on a pedestal) engraved by François van Bleyswijck, a woodcut vignette on the title page, a folding engraved plan of Rotterdam in 1488 (ca. 16 x 22 cm), and a few woodcut tail pieces. Contemporary richly gold-tooled mottled calf, sewn on 4 supports with the corresponding raised bands on the spine, a brown morocco title label on the spine, lettered in gold, a centrepiece and cornerpieces on both boards composed of several stamps including four running stags (Storm van Leeuwen, IIA, p. 450, stamps I, 1, 5-6), surrounded by an ornamental border with birds along the edges between double rules, gilt and gauffered edges.
