Complete set of the first edition of a beautifully and extensively illustrated standard work on mushrooms of the notable French mycologist Henri Romagnesi (1912-1999). In later editions the chromolithographed plates would be replace by cheaper colour prints.
With the bookplate of the Danish mycologist Niels Fabritius Buchwald (1898-1986). Only some minor wear along the edges of the wrappers, otherwise the set is in very good condition. Volbracht, MykoLibri 1787.
