Second state of a map of the former Dutch colony Berbice in Guyana, with an inset map of Surinam. The map was first published in 1740 and here updated with an account of the Berbice slave uprising, that began on 23 February 1763 and continued into 1764.
Not including the letterpress text "Lijst der plantagien gelegen op de rivieren De Berbice en Canje" as mentioned by Koeman. A very good copy.
