First edition of the Dutch translation of the Pharmacopoea Belgica, which had appeared by the same publisher in 1823 and functioned as the official pharmacopoeia of the United Netherlands (The Netherlands and Belgium). The first half contains the medicines and ingredients each physician or apothecary should have in stock, the second half describes the preparations for many medicines.
Some minor foxing, dark stains on some of the last leaves. Binding rubbed, front hinge cracked. Otherwise in good condition.
