Bound. 22, (2) pp. Very rare Lima imprint of a political treatise advocating the incorporation of Porto-Viejo (now in the province Manabi in Ecuador), into the Republica de Colombia, the South American Federation founded by Simon Bolivar and existing from 1819-1830. The people of this South American region defeated the Spaniards in their war of Independence in 1822 and joined the Bolivar's Republica Colombia. Since 1830 this region forms the independant state Ecuador. Good copy, with library stamp on title and p. 3. - (Leaves sl. frayed; some staining).
Only one copy found in OCLC; not in Sabin, Palau nor Medina.
