Two very rare treatise on  the medical properties of the  lawsonia - alba plant (henna) and aristolochia indica plant (= birthwort),  including a list of plants for antidotes for snake and scorpion poisson, with the plantnames  in Latin and concordant Tamil  (in Tamil/ Indian  type) written by A. Sada (= Sadasswanaiker), shopkeeper at the colonial garden at Pondichéry,  India.
