The candidates came respectively from the Hague, Franeker, Groningen, and Dordrecht. All theses with the "Corollaria".

Copinger 429 and 535 for the 2 Elzevier-published theses; not in Willems, The Eleviers; the Harderwijk imprint, not in Wittop Koning; none of the theses in NUC.
