First and only edition of a very rare treatise on the construction and use of a waterwheel called 'leggend waterrad' or 'tolrad' for the reclamation of land, written and published by the inventor of this waterwheel, Cornelis Pereboom (1757- 1808 fl.).

Very good copy.- (Wrappers soiled, hinges weak and sides loosening).
Saakes 4 (1807), p. 370; not in Bierens de Haan; only 5 copies found in institutional holdings.
