First edition of the ancient history of Katwijk, both Katwijk aan Zee and Katwijk on the Rhine, and including also  the history and description of Rijnsburg, by Adriaan Pars (1641-1719), minister at Katwijk since 1671. The plates show  ancient relics, both Roman and German, and views of the two Katwijk's, Rijnsburg, the House Sand, a plan of the House De  Britten, and the abbeys of Rijnsburg and Leeuwenhorst.
