Original edition of an interesting and rare pamphlet, being the official publication of the terms of the commercial treaty contracted by the Dutch States with the King of both Sicilies to regulate all shipping trade between the two countries, in 26 articles. The treaty includes regulations on the immunity of merchants residing in the other's country, of their warehouses, etc. At the end the form of the sea-letter or passport which will be issued to the ships sailing under Sicilian flag, and the form of the sea-letter or passport which will be issued to the ships sailing under Dutch flag.
