With the extremely rare continuation "Vervolg" vol. I and the first part of vol. II. The continuation is mentioned by Landwehr, who doesn't mention the 12 plates of the second part of the continuation, and by Nissen, who refers to a bibliographical note by Mac Gillavry, who knew only of one copy of the first part and does not mention the 12 plates of the second part. The text and plates of the first 6 volumes are an adaption of Johannes Zorn's Icones Plantarum Medicinalium. The Latin descriptions are from the thirteenth edition of Linné's Systema Naturae, edited by Gmelin. The Dutch text is from Houttuyn's Natuurlijke Historie. Fine set, with the bookplates of E.C.M.J.
