With 20 full-page colour-printed lithographed plates, all brightly and beautifully finished by hand and "gommés". (4), 77, (1) pp. Beautifully illustrated and hand-coloured fable book for children by the Belgian children's author and poet Willem Seymour Mulder (1820-1896), with some children's poetry added at the end. All plates were produced by Emrik & Binger at Haarlem. They show animals and small children, mostly out of doors with plants and flowers. Fine copy.- (A few lvs. loose in spine).
