First edition of a rare French Robinson version by Jean Baptiste Joseph Champagnac de Mirval (1796-1858), a schoolbook really, teaching on the history, geography, and natural history of Africa. But at the same time it contains an exciting story of a Robinson in the desert, for the children a pleasure to read. The plates are unsigned.
