(10), 94, (8); (16), 272, (16) pp. An early writingmasters book and an artist manual, both in the second enlarged edition with separate title-pages, usually published together by Johan Christoph Mieth. The first edition of the 'Curiose Schreiber' was published in 1680, the first edition of the' Curiose Mahler' in 1679, both at Dresden, also usually found bound together. In the Curiose Schreiber is also added John Bulwer's (1606-1656) Observationes von unterschiedener Figur der Hände. Good copy.- (Spine with loss of vellum; covers damaged).
