First edition of a beautifully illustrated travel account by Joseph Lavallée ((1747-1816). Views are present of for example Triest, Pola, and Split, classic buildings are illustrated, and detailed plans are given of some architectural monuments. The plates are numbered 1-6-, and 9, 18, 27, 54, and 55 bis.
