Fine lithographed drawing instruction book, divided into three parts, each part preceded by short explanatory text. The first part teaches the drawing of animals and people, each model-plate starting with the basic form which gradually emerges into the whole finished creature. The pupil then can exercise his drawing on the parallel plate showing the same illustrations without the brown colour-printing. The second series teaches drawing in perspective in the same manner, and the third part is entirely devoted to the drawing of landscapes.
