The rare complete "Perfect Dutch Cook", the most popular Dutch cookery book of the 18th and 19th centuries, here with all three parts, bound together in one volume. The first work was first published in 1746, but was sold out very soon. In the same year the Aanhangzel was published for the first time. Both works were sold separately, but they were also sold bound together. The 3rd part was first published in 1752. All three parts were frequently reprinted. Good copy with the signature of Van Esveldt on the verso of all three parts.- (Some foxing throughout).
