Extremely rare publication, only 1 other copy traced (University library, Amsterdam) and not mentioned by Pitlo. Published as appendix to Gael's Decisiones De jure et arte Notariatus. Decisien [according to Knuttel and Van der Wulp: "Divisiƫn"] van het recht ende konst des notarisschaps, published in the same year. The Haarlem lawyer Johan Gael (1575-1621) was a specialist in law of succession. His decisiones mainly deals with this part of notarial law, and it was the first work in the Northern Netherlands with the specific purpose to help notaries.

Reasonable copy, formerly in the Royal Library, The Hague, with their stamp and cancel stamp on title-page.- (Small wormholes near left blank margin throughout, sl. affecting the text; vaguely waterst. in upper half).
