Auction catalogue of the famous and important collection of books, paintings and prints of Henri Reinecke, count of Calenberg (d. 1773) 'ministre plenipotentiaire' at the Saxonian court. The count lived in Brussels where he brought together his collection, with all items in an excellent state and for the major part bound in de-luxe bindings. The first part of the catalogue contains 2048 books as well as paintings and prints, the second part consists of 72 paintings, of a.o. Jean and Pieter Brueghel, Frans van Mieris, Seb. Franck, Quinten Masseys, Frans Hals and Willem van de Velde, and prints.
