Scrapbook compiled by the well-known bibliophile binder Hector Dubois d' Enghien from Heer-sur-Meuse (Heer-Agimont) centered around a series of 10 articles with the title 'Le déclin de la reliure belge?' which appeared in the Belgian newspaper La Gazette, and dated 2 September till 1 December 1937, and signed by 'Dominique'. The sub-titles of the various articles, containing also citations by Hector Dubois d'Enghien, were 'Bouquins et Autographes' (2 and 18 September), III. 'L'avis de quelques maîtres' (16 Oktober), IV. 'Ce que nous en dit le vieux Maître de Samblanx' (21 Oktober), V. 'L'opinion du maître Charles Weckesser' (25 Oktober), VI. 'L'opinion du général Willems' (3 November), VII. L'opinion de notre confrère M.J. Hachelle' (5 November), VIII. 'M. Laurent Meeus nous écrit à son tour' (9 November), IX. 'Quelques suggestions en manière de conclusion' (? November), and X. 'Contradiction tardive' (1 December). Added are three articles from the journal Pourquoi pas?: 'Un bock avec bottier que'l'Etat sabote. Avez vous la passion du cuir?' (12 July 1946), signed by 'La Caudale', 'Un relieur d'art qui lui aussi se dessèche faute de cuir' (26 July 1946), also signed by 'La Caudale', and 'Le lauréat répond au doyen' (? July 1946), signed by 'J.B. relieur diplomé'.

-Letter (25.8.1937) and postcard (5.9.1937; loosely added) of Francis Lauters to H. Dubois d'Enghien.
- Printed announcement of a course for bookbinders at the Ecole professionelle de reliure & dorure d'art, Brussels (21 September 1914).
- 2 pp. mss: 'Les relieurs belges appreciés par Monsieur G. Petit, bibliophile Liègeois', dated Liège 1942.
