First and only edition by father C. Dehaisnes (1825-1897) of this work on the Flemish art history, with masterpieces by the so called Flemish Primitives like the Lam Gods in the St. Bavo at Ghent by the brothers Van Eyck, Rogier van der Weyden etc. Fine lithographs printed by a. Robaut, in Douai, Belgium.
