Zürich, Keller et Fussli, (c. 1810-1830). (105 x 90 mm). Green wrappers with small stamp: "F.S. Fussli successeur de Keller & Fussli a Zurich" in light blue slipcase, gilt edges. Title within coloured flower garland and 24 charming aquatint illustrations of Swiss costumes, all very beautifully coloured by hand. 25 loose lvs.

Rare charming collection of 24 handcoloured plates of costumes from different parts of 19th-century Switzerland and neighbouring regions. Johann Heinrich Keller and Rudolf Heinrich Fussli also published a Collection des habitations rurales dans les XXII cantons de la suisse, also with 24 handcoloured plates of Swiss farmhouses.
Very good copy.- (Slipcase slightly rubbed).
