First English edition published in 1807 illustrated with 20 fine engraved full-page aquatint plates in ochre by William Daniell Jr. after drawings by the author, showing scenes and views of Rotterdam, Delft, The Hague, Haarlem, Amsterdam, etc. The engraved full-page map depicts the Rhine from Düsseldorf to Mainz.
