Very rare complete set of a fine illustrated children's picture-series, published in 30 numbered parts. Our copy probably the copy from the publisher's or printer's files, because on each  first blank leaf is written: "1000 Exempl. Gezet door Evers, gedrukt  ter snelpers". All issues have a different title and treat a different subject, such as natural history, biblical history, Dutch history, professions, the military, famous stories, Robinson Crusoe, the Dutch  East-Indians, costumes, etc. The popular woodcuts are of the kind used for catchpenny prints.
