Complete set of the Old Testament series of a charming woodcut illustrated chapbook bible bound together in one volume. The present set is composed of various editions by Holst, dated from 1849 to 1861, and includes one part published by G. van der Linden, part 7, dated 1867. All parts are nicely coloured by hand, even including the title-woodcuts and borders on titles, not all by the same hand but all in the style of the time.
